IFTTT: Get notified about water leakage

Description

Connect your FIBARO Flood Sensor with IFTTT and get e-mail notification on your desktop, laptop or mobile device whenever there’s water leakage incident in your home.

Requirements

• FIBARO Home Center Lite/2/3 connected to remote access,
• FIBARO ID account,
• IFTTT app.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open your IFTTT app, go to My Applets and tap the plus button to add a New Applet.
   
2. Tap this to browse through the available services.
   
3. Search for the FIBARO service.
   
4. Choose FIBARO service as a trigger. If you did not use the FIBARO service before, check how to sign in with FIBARO ID.
   
5. Set Flood alarm as a trigger from FIBARO triggers.
   
6. Choose the right device.
   
7. Tap Create trigger to continue.
   
8. Tap that, and search for Notifications.
   
9. Choose Send a notification from the IFTTT app.
   
10. Set the content of the notification and tap Create action.
    
11. Your Applet was created.
