I bought used Home Center, what should I do?

If you bought used Home Center there are a few steps you have to make to start using it.

1. First, you have to make perform Recovery procedure.

2. You have to remove your Home Center from Remote Access. To do this you have to contact FIBARO support.
   Check how to prepare for contacting support. Send e-mail to [email protected], describe your problem and attach a picture of a sticker placed on your Home Center. The picture of a sticker is necessary to verify that you own the Home Center you want to remove from Remote Access. It will also give us more information about your Home Center which we will need to help you.
3. After your Home Center will be successfully removed from Remote Access you can add it to your Remote Access.

4. If you bought used Z-Wave devices, reset them to factory defaults before adding to the Home Center.
