What to do if I cannot log in to my Home Center in web browser?

Possible solutions:

  • Make sure that the page is fully loaded. If you cannot see the firmware version (marked on picture), the page is not fully loaded. Please refresh the page in your browser.
  • Clear cache and cookies in your browser. (Read here how to do it.)
  • Use a different browser – the most recommended is Google Chrome.
